Changing lives, one student at a time! Going by our motto, we are all about making an impact in the community one step at a time by keeping the young at our focal point. Our duty then, as one famous philosopher put it is not to direct by impetuous gain, but by reason, “Do not train children to learn by force and harshness, but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.” ~ Plato. The driving factor for creating this Educational Board was to be that one group that cared about the future of that one child...our students - the future of the world, and our tomorrow. I found a quote that states, "A hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child." This Board has been created to help drive that thought by looking at moral gains more than the economic interests vested in an endeavour. We want to help groom young minds into decision-makers of tomorrow, empower and show them the opportunities that lay in their path. New opportunities and new destinations. To open new experiences not only for them, but also for all they encounter.
