Simmi Harding began her career as a passionate classroom teacher. She rose to become a principal, transforming school cultures and implementing programs that measurably improved learning outcomes. As a business head, she learned to
integrate academic excellence with operational strategy, ensuring institutions didn’t just thrive educationally, but sustainably.
She founded Global Education Board on a single conviction: that the best advisor in international education is one who has lived it from the inside. With 35+ years spanning teaching, school leadership, and institutional consulting
across multiple countries, Simmi brings a perspective no recruitment background can replicate.
Today, as CEO, she leads a team of educators, strategists, and partnership specialists who share one goal, building international education ecosystems that genuinely serve students, institutions, and the communities around them.
