Starting as a passionate teacher, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a principal, where she transformed school cultures and implemented innovative programs that enhanced learning outcomes.
As a principal, Simmi inspired both students and educators alike, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritized growth and development. Transitioning into the role of business head, she successfully integrated educational excellence with strategic leadership, ensuring that institutions not only thrived academically but also operated sustainably.
